This is a public marketing and business inquiry website, not a HIPAA-secure patient portal or a place to transfer medical records. Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, treatment plans, dental records, radiographs, photographs or other identifiable health information. Do not provide payment card information.
1. What this website collects
Our business inquiry form requests an office contact name, clinic or organization name, work email, optional work phone, general service type, language pair, preferred format and general time frame. The form does not include a free-text message field or file upload. Please do not identify patients in any field.
2. How business inquiry information is used
We use the information to respond to business inquiries, discuss scope, scheduling and pricing, and follow up about possible services. Our hosting provider, Netlify, may process or store business form submissions. Our email provider may process business correspondence. Your browser may store the chosen language. This version has no third-party advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Ordinary hosting and network logs may also be generated.
3. Interpreting and document translation involving patient data
Requests can concern interpreting and translation that may later involve protected health information (PHI). Sending an inquiry does not authorize transfer of PHI. Before accepting it, we must assess whether the service can be performed, agree on service terms, put any required Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and safeguards in place, and approve a communication or file-transfer method. Do not send patient information before these arrangements are complete.
4. Security and HIPAA representations
HTTPS encrypts traffic between your browser and this public site, but does not itself mean HIPAA compliance. This site and its ordinary contact form are not represented as HIPAA-compliant methods for transferring PHI. We do not claim an independently certified HIPAA-compliant portal or completed security audit. Applicable duties depend on the relationship and actual safeguards.
5. Disclosures and retention
We do not intentionally sell the business inquiry information collected here. Inquiries may be processed by our website hosting and email providers. We keep business communications for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, administration and applicable legal obligations. We do not ask for patient information in this channel.
